About Me:
Hi, I’m Andy, a stroke survivor with a damaged left brain and a weak right side. Despite aphasia, I’ve regained 90% of my speech and 75% of my lung capacity after two voice box surgeries. I now swim and do Pilates to stay strong.
My career started in 1996 at Fast Bikes, where I rode countless motorcycles and traveled widely. In 1998, I joined Motorcycle News (MCN). At the California Superbike School, I met Keith Code and trained over 10,000 riders, including Valentino Rossi and two unnamed stars.
I’ve completed the Brighton Half Marathon twice, the half Marathon des Sables, and an Oxfordshire footpath walk. In 2022, I reached Everest Base Camp. My next challenge is the Superhero Series Triathlon.
