About Me:
I am an ambitious 19-year-old with a positive outlook on life. I was born in Talsi (Latvia) but have lived just outside of Edinburgh (Scotland) since 2010. I speak both my native language (Latvian) and English fluently. Any free time I have I spend with my family and friends. I love to draw, paint, colour and design, I would say I am very artistic, it brings so much calm energy to me. I also love to travel, try new foods and learn about different cultures. Another thing I love to do is shopping, I could spend hours buying shoes and clothes! If I had to describe myself in three words I would say kind, patient and helpful. My friends and family would describe me as caring, positive and dedicated. I like to set goals for myself and try my hardest to achieve them, for example, On New years (2023) I made a ‘vision board’ so I have something to look at every day when I wake up to push me and remind me what I am working hard to achieve.
One of the things that is on my vision board is to step out of my comfort zone and I can proudly say that’s exactly what I have been doing all year!
