About Me:
I’m a Black British female with Jamaican heritage, and I grew up in South East London. I’m also a full-time mum to three beautiful children, aged 11, 5, and 3, with a strong support system. I’m looking to re-enter the working field and thought I’d revisit my first love: acting. Whether it’s being the main character on stage or screen or working as an extra, I’m eager to give it a try. I also think it would be ideal for me to join an agency where I could explore not just acting, but modeling as well, as it offers great exposure and diverse opportunities.
I developed my love for acting and stage presence at around the age of 6 or 7, when my friends and I performed a dance routine with mime at church. After leaving secondary school, I attended Lewisham College where I earned a BTEC National Diploma in Performing Arts. I was offered a scholarship to attend a drama school in America, but unfortunately, I had to decline due to a family issue at the time. I then returned to Lewisham College to work temporarily in the drama department, where I helped with costumes, costume repairs, and stage setup (backdrops and props) for the end-of-year play. This experience gave me valuable insight into how things come together behind the scenes, which I found really enjoyable.
I hold a BTEC National Diploma in Performing Arts from Lewisham College. Although I received a scholarship to attend a performing arts school in America, I had to decline due to family circumstances.
