Disney Theatrical Group Casting Call for The Greatest Showman Musical

Keston & Keston, leading children’s casting directors, are searching for talented young performers on behalf of Disney Theatrical Group for the new stage adaptation of The Greatest Showman, based on the 2017 hit film. The musical features GRAMMY® Award-winning and Academy Award®-nominated songs by EGOT winners Benj Pasek and Justin Paul, including “The Greatest Show,” “A Million Dreams,” “Come Alive,” “Rewrite the Stars,” and the Golden Globe® Award-winning “This Is Me,” alongside new songs written for the stage. The book is by Emmy® nominee Tim Federle, with direction and choreography by two-time Tony® Award-winner Casey Nicholaw.

  • Young Barnum (10–14 years old, to play 12)
    • Any ethnicity
    • Street-smart, scrappy, eager to prove himself
    • Unchanged voice with strong pop sensibility
  • Young Charity/Caroline (10–14 years old, to play 12)
    • Any ethnicity
    • Young Charity: Refined, responsible, dreams of a wilder life
    • Caroline: Funny, feisty, loves her parents and circus life
  • Helen (8–12 years old, to play 9)
    • Any ethnicity
    • Kind, wide-eyed

Open Audition Details

  • Age: 8–14 years old (must be 9 by January 1, 2026; boys must have unbroken voices)
  • Location: Anywhere in the UK & Ireland
  • Height: Under 5ft
  • Skills: Exceptional talent in singing, acting, and movement (no previous experience required)

Additional Information

  • Children will be chaperoned, provided accommodation, travel, and education if needed.
  • All child roles are paid.
