Hi, my name is Emily. I was inspired to become a model because I have a friend who does a lot of modelling. I often used to mend clothes for her and lend her some of my outfits for shoots. Then I realised I would far rather be the one in front of the camera than the one fixing loose buttons!
I love singing, playing the piano and playing the trumpet. I am in a couple of choirs, but also enjoy singing solo. My favourite performance memories are performing as an Edith Piaf tribute at a charity soirée, singing the solo of Mozart’s Laudate Dominum in Winchester Cathedral, and winning the senior vocal cup at my old sixth form for singing ‘Loud!’ from Matilda the Musical. I am currently studying Physics at university, but like to feed my creative side by writing, sketching and trying out different makeup looks. I can often be found trawling through charity shops trying to find fashion gems on a student budget! I get particularly excited if I find vintage clothes.
I really enjoy organising events and have previously raised over £13000 for the charity ‘Shuktara’, by running events over a year. This year, I am the social secretary of Royal Holloway Physics Society and have many things planned!
I enjoy modelling because I love meeting new people and trying out new things.
